CLARENCE MORGAN

Clarence Morgan was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. He was awarded an MFA from the University of Pennsylvania in 1978. He is also a graduate of the certificate program of the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts, Philadelphia, PA, 1975.
